How to store Z’s Total B Kit vials
Z’s Total B arrives as a finished solution in sealed 10mL vials, and several of its B vitamins, riboflavin and methylcobalamin in particular, degrade under light. Keep the vials in their carton in a cool, dark place until use.
After the first puncture of a stopper, store that vial in the refrigerator and use sterile technique for every access. Write the opening date on the label, and finish one vial before opening the next from a 5-vial pack. No reconstitution is needed, and the solution should not be frozen; amber storage boxes or foil help where lab lighting is bright.
