Sermorelin storage and handling
Sermorelin 10mg vials are shipped lyophilized and sealed. If the vials will not be opened for some time, store them in a freezer; for stock you expect to use soon, keep them somewhere cool, dry and dark, away from heat sources and daylight. Avoid repeated warming and cooling of the same sealed vial, since condensation is the main risk to a lyophilized peptide.
Reconstituted sermorelin should be refrigerated and accessed only with sterile equipment, with the stopper cleaned before each draw. For the reconstitution step itself, many labs use our bacteriostatic water (BAC) vials, which can be added to the same shipment.
- Long-term: sealed and frozen
- Short-term: cool, dry, protected from light
- After reconstitution: refrigerate
- Always: sterile handling
